Objective:

Drive awareness and mobile traffic to highly differentiated artists’ album pages within the iOS and Android stores.

Our solution:

Award users with in-game currency for clicking through and viewing the albums on each app store. Target specific age and gender segments based on the particular artist and music genre.

Creative:

A branded AdIngot linking to the relevant app store artist page.

Results:

  • 24 separate 7-day flights spanning the course of 1 calendar year all over-delivered on their click goals
  • Over 1.3M clicks were delivered in total at a 14.4% CTR
  • Over-delivery resulted in an effective CPC that was 17% lower than the agreed-upon rate
